I am not sure which party is failing (Vendor, C2, Tradebullet or IB) but realism factor is definitely low, because today (9/14) system opened 2 NG positions whereas my real account on IB opened 4 and didn't open the long position which was the only profitable trade today. Considering the win ratio at 36.5%, missing one trade (and especially if it is the profitable one) costs dearly. I'm subscribed to several other systems on C2 and I didn't have any other execution problems except this one.
